Purchasing and Shipping

We only ship to the continental USA and can not assist with exporting products.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

When you place an order, we will begin processing it as quickly as possible.  You should receive tracking within 1-2 business days on most items (except for freight).  Should an item not be in stock, we will notify you and refund your purchase in full - We do not allow for back orders ever. Please also note that while our inventory is quite accurate, there are sometimes delays in which can result in missed opportunities.

 

Most orders are not able to be cancelled simply because the moment they are ordered, they will be shipped. Due to the volume of orders we experience, pulling an item from the shipping location is just not possible.  Please make sure you are ordering what you want as it will ship.

 

 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Return shipping is only covered to where a part was shipped to so if a part is exported, it will need to be shipped back at the buyers expense once an RMA is issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
