This 700R4 Sprag Assembly is designed to handle more power thanks to its superior material construction.

Sprags are a one-way clutch device used to transfer power through the transmission. TCI heavy-duty sprags are stronger than stock in both material and design. And in applicatons where multiple sprag designs are available, TCI always selects the strongest ones for use in our transmissions.
