NOS have addressed the need for a reliable, rugged and affordable relay for controlling various electrical equipment on a race car. Originally designed to control the high current switching loads of nitrous solenoids, this solid state relay can also be used to control other high current devices such as electric water pumps, trans brakes & line locks. It has an ultra-low activation/release time of less than 16 microseconds to ensure no delays in reaction times. This relay can also be Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) with no minimum duty cycle at frequencies up to 1000hz.
