Mishimoto has expanded our line of Duramax performance parts to include a performance intercooler for the 2017-2019 Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax L5P.High intake temperatures can reduce performance and potentially cause engine damage if left unchecked. Protect your investment by upgrading to the Mishimoto 6.6L Duramax L5P performance intercooler. This Duramax intercooler is precision engineered with durable cast-aluminum end tanks that resist cracking under high temperatures and boost pressures.The massive 68mm-thick bar-and-plate core is 70-percent thicker than stock and is designed for maximum cooling. In addition, the larger core reduces restriction by over 64-percent compared to the stock intercooler. We've also increased the size of the intercooler inlet and outlet by 6mm and 12mm, respectively, to improve flow even more.Included with this intercooler is an adapter cold-side pipe with DuraCore(TM) boot and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. Two additional bungs on the adapter pipe can be drilled and tapped for sensors or water/meth injection. Offered in Sleek Silver or Stealth Black powder-coated finish, the Mishimoto 6.6L Duramax intercooler, like all our Duramax performance parts, is protected by our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
