Over a long distance race, keeping fuel temps down returning to the fuel cell can be almost as vital as keeping the fuel delivered to the motor cool. Warm fuel returning to the fuel cell will heat up the fuel in the cell, and cause it to boil off some of the chemicals that are in your fuel. This changes the chemical balance of your fuel and greatly affects your previously tuned settings. Keeping fuel cool helps to preserve the chemical balance of the fuel and keeps your vehicle operating at maximum efficiency!
