This constant contact will wear down the hinges and cause them to rust. Urethane hinges for stepsides have been around for years so Brothers trucks set out to fix this issue for fleetside trucks. We designed a high quality CNC machined Delrin ring around a zinc core. This core is then mounted to your stock steel bracket to allow an easy, bolt-in installation. No need to lubricate your old hinges anymore with Brothers exclusive design. Sold in pairs - enough for one truck.
