These universal joints are manufactured from high strength billet alloy steel and then heat treated to obtain maximum strength. Because the u-joints use pivot pins and blocks instead of sealed needle bearings, they must be checked and lubricated every time the vehicle is driven. This 1 in. O.D. joint is ideal for ASCricating shift linkage or use in drag car steering. NOT FOR STREET USE.
