Bilstein AS2 Series (BV) shock absorbers feature an aluminum threaded body construction with racer-rebuildable design. The 46mm internal bore monotube design also incorporates a base valve assembly that allows for lower gas pressures that can provide additional grip. The threaded body design increases heat dissipation as well as providing precise ride height adjustments when using as a coilover. The hard anodized coating reduces internal friction and improves strength and durability (pistons and piston bands are sold separately to allow for a variety of combinations). AS2 Series (BV) shock absorbers are ideal for racers looking for an aluminum rebuildable design with expanded tuning options for superior performance.
